MTMRC Stated Media Policy

It is the policy of the Middle Tennessee Medical Reserve Corps (MTMRC) that all media requests be referred to the Office of News and Public Affairs at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (VUSN). The News and Public Affairs Office will assess the request and advise about steps to take for further contact with the media. Also, telephone calls for information or interviews from the media, as well as requests for any video production, should be referred to the News and Public Affairs Office.

If any member of the MTMRC at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing receives an inquiry from the news media, the inquiry should be referred to the VUSN News and Public Affairs office at (615) 322-4747. This number will be answered 24 hours a day.

Media contacts should always be coordinated solely through the News and Public Affairs Office.
