Federal Deployment Paperwork Session

Each session will offer a complete overview of all required paperwork for those members wishing to participate in deployment outside the Middle Tennessee area or to be part of a Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT) .
The goal is to assist with completion of the entire packet in the shortest amount of time possible, making the application process more convenient and less confusing. Attendance is not required but recommended. MTMRC will provide a notary but will not provide passport photos. We are in the process of arranging to have fingerprinting available but do not have confirmation. |
